Promise #1:Your order is mistake free.
If Hollingtons should make a mistake on your order, we'll fix it, whatever the cost. Now, that doesn't mean we can correct mistakes made by you, so please, please, make sure your order & personalization information are correct when ordering.

Promise #2: We ship top quality products.
You will always open a shipment containing a top quality product. We will never engage in the practice of selling sub par products at regular product prices. Top quality at a reasonable price, it's the Hollingtons way of doing business.

Promise #3: You will be happy.
We will exhaust every reasonable effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Hollingtons excepts return and exchange requests on non-personalized items for just about any reason, provided the request is made in a timely manner. The following key points apply to all return and exchange requests:

• Item(s) must be in original condition
• Item(s) must be in original packaging
• Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable
• A nominal re-ship/re-stock fee applies to all requests
• You must email CustomerCare@Hollingtons.com to request a return authorization number and return instructions. Customer Care will respond with specific instructions for your order.
